SL seeks report on killing of student in UK

The Ministry of External Affairs said today that it had requested a report from the Sri Lankan High Commission in the United Kingdom on the killing of a 25 year old Sri Lankan student on Sunday night in UK.

Karunatillake Amunugama, the secretary to the ministry said the ministry was awaiting the report and would decide on what further action it would take after receiving the report. (Lahiru Pothmulla)

further action is international investigation in Sri Lanka for killing more than 75,000 people up to now and UK just for one man.

ALL GL peiris can do is ask the SL embassy and NOT the scotland yard or MI5... IF he does ask em questions... all they would say is Kurram.... and the matter is swept under the carpet by the SL authorities.... Smart GL to ask for more info about the murder EVEN before the family of the victim requested.... so that he can shut the family of the victim's mouths...
