Unruly guests taken in for questioning

An Indian and a Ukrainian were taken in for questioning by the Habaraduwa police for allegedly assaulting three employees of a guest house at Unawatuna.

Police said the two men who had an altercation after drinks had assaulted the employees who warned them not to cause annoyance to other guests.

Furniture and other property including a laptop were damaged in the incident. Two employees were injured and admitted to Kartapitiya hospital.

Habaraduwa police are conducting further investigations

This is not a similar incident like the ruling party provincial councilar raped and killed a british lady in a tourist guest house down south.
