While watching these three speeches by our foreign minister and the high level two delegates from the U.S ; I observed in the background two local gentlemen kept on chatting and did not show or listen or to respect these delegates and it was so disgraceful to notice to the viewers. Especially the short guy in white shirt with a red tie has come to this venue to discuss his domestic problems I think. I hope the relevant authorities will take action to remove him from what ever the position he hold in the foreign ministry.

It is very annoying behaviour of those standing behind US representatives. Those who stand behind were talking and dancing and not pay attention of the speech just for respect. If they did not want to stay there, they should not have been there.
