Use postal votes to win your rights – UNP

The main opposition UNP today called on the security forces and the police to use tomorrow’s postal vote to win their rights.

UNP MP and party spokesman Gayanatha Karunatilleke told a news conference today that these sectors should use the postal votes as they cannot use strikes or work stoppages to win their rights like the others. (YP)

Are u in Sri Lanka or some other country? Sri Lankan govt servants should have a new life after death to vote for UNP. After all they dont want to loose their jobs after voting UNP.

Ranil planned to reduce govt services to 500,000 from 800,000 in 2001, this govt increased it up to 900,ooo already. treasury circular even prevented filling of vacancies
