A member of the veddah community shot an arrow and injured a security guard at the Kandy Hospital when he was prevented entry into the hospital.

Anybody who enter the Hospital should have a reason or purpose, either you should be a patient or if visitor, then there is visiting hour. What will be the situation if he had attacked all the patients inside the Hospital?
