Water supplies to several areas in the Colombo and suburbs will be interrupted from 11 am today to 5 am tomorrow to carry out urgent repairs to a damaged pipeline carrying water from Ambatale to Dehiwela.

The areas that will be affected are, Borella, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Jawatte, Thunmulla, Havelock Road, Thimbirigasyaya, Polhengoda, Pamankada, Wellawatte, Bambalapitiya, Kirulapone to Nugegoda Junction, Kalubowila, Kohuwala, Dehiwala, Mt. Lavinia, Ratmalana, Soysapura, Thelawala, Attidiya and Badovita, Mulleriyawa, Kohilawatte, Udumulla, Kotikawatte and Himbutana.
