A 29-year-old man who was also injured in the clashes at Weliweriya is reported to have died while being treated at the National hospital bringing death toll to three, hospital sources said

Have to investigate who gave the order to use live bullets. Whole Army & Police were not responsible for this case. Because of one or two fool high-rank officers the Army & Police should not be criticized. Why the government protecting this factory owners is another question. All who scarified their lives to get clean water are heroes. May attain Nibbana.
