Massive fire errupts at two factories in Homagama
Massive fires have broken out at two factories in the Homagama industrial town, police said.
They said several fire trucks had been dispatched to control the fire.
The fire that broke out in a textile factory spread to a paint factory causing difficult to douse flames.
It was reported that there are stocks of chemical substances in both these factories.
Police have also taken steps to provide strict security to the area. (Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)
