Sajith and Ranil should unite: Vadivel

MP Vadivel Suresh said President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa should unite while setting aside their differences, to develop the country.

“Considering the issues the country is faced with, it is best if Sajith and Ranil can unite. Two years after, we can continue with party politics,” he said.

The MP added that he has no hopes of getting a ministerial portfolio.

This proposal should first be endorsed by the Executive Committee of the Pohottuwa party as the incumbent President is survived by them, also subservient to them politically and would the opposition not averse to such an arrangement merely to pacify and satisfy those who destroyed the country?
