Sri Lankan businesses encouraged to attend Africa Summit in Kenya

Colombo, January 24 (Daily Mirror) - Sri Lankan businesses have been urged to explore new opportunities in Africa by attending the World Chamber Africa Summit in Kenya from April 9 to 11, 2025.

The summit will bring together representatives from all 54 African nations, offering a unique chance for Sri Lankan entrepreneurs to connect with African business leaders and policymakers. Former High Commissioner Kana Kananathan highlighted the event as an ideal platform for building partnerships and expanding trade.

Participants will have the opportunity to hold direct meetings with African industry leaders and explore potential collaborations in agriculture, manufacturing, ICT, and renewable energy. The summit aims to strengthen trade ties and help Sri Lankan businesses tap into Africa’s growing markets.
