Wimal happy that Julie Chung translates his book

Parliamentarian Wimal Weerawansa, in response to US Ambassador Julie Chung calling his book a work of 'fiction' said he was happy the US Ambassador had taken time to translate his book into English and read his work within a day.

"Ambassador Julie had tweeted about my book, with no mention of my name. I'm happy to see her interest to translate the book to English and read it in just a day," he said.

Further, MP Field Marshall Sarath Fonseka attacked MP Wimal Weerawansa in Parliament today over the allegations against Fonseka published in the book by Weerawansa.

"Don't sling mud at Army Commanders. He's attempting to switch sides and secure a ministerial portfolio," Fonseka said.

In response Weerawansa charged that Fonseka feels hurt as the truth of the conspiracy was revealed through his publication. "Army Commander Shavendra Silva was controlled by the US Ambassador and Sarath Fonseka," Weerawansa said.

But based on what the big cpuntry has been doing to all other countries , these allegations are not to be taken as untrue. There was undue influence by this chineeese origin naturalised lady to gain points in her diplomatic carreer at the expense of this country people. Believe me, if Donald Trump was in power, we would not have gone to thst situation and the Ukraine war would have been avoided too.

The history of peoples teaches that it is precisely in difficult and chaotic times that actors and storytellers appear and spread news that arise from their fantasies, daydreams and crazy ideas! Now such a person seems to have stepped onto the political stage of this country! A man of no importance in the past suddenly comes out with questionable, bizarre stories about recent political events without presenting any evidence! Some politicians, like that Wimal Weerewansa, hope for the attention of the public, publicity for a book or appreciation of their meaningless personality from such fantastic stories! Or maybe even a ministerial post!? In the case of Weerawansa, what may be the underlying reason! Sarath Fonseka should not react to the attacks of such a man!

The truth is, fellows like Weerawansa can survive only in country where there is a majority of fools. The last election of 69% votes simply showed that. There are no hero’s and weeraya’s in this country who have the guts to throw a slipper at this fellow wherever he appears. Short and sweet, we are country of ponnaya’s and we elect leaders of the same category.
