State Minister of Finance  Shehan Semasinghe had a heated exchange of words with SJB (Samagi Jana Balawegaya) MP for the Kurunegala district J.C. Alawathuwala over purported political patronage on an unlawful financial institution that defaulted over 9000 depositors.
