Duminda Silva leaves Welikada Prison, a free man.

Former Parliamentarian Duminda Silva who received a presidential pardon after serving a life in prison sentence left the Welikada Prison a short while ago through the back entrance. Silva was sentenced in 2016 over the murder of Bharatha Premachandra. His widow has condemned Silva's release.
