Two suspects were arrested with 7,990 gelatin sticks smuggled in from India and stored in a house in Mannar, the police said. The Mannar Police and STF (Special Task Force) personnel raided the house at Shanthipuram in Mannar following a tip off received from the Navy Intelligence. (
