The US $ 1 billion credit line for Sri Lanka to purchase essential commodities from India was signed today in New Delhi. Finance Minister Basil Rajapaksa, his Indian counterpart Nirmala Sitharaman, Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Sri Lankan High Commissioner to New Delhi Milinda Moragoda witnessed the signing of the agreement.
