Expolanka Holdings announced its decisions to extend the exit offer till 4.30pm on Thursday, 13 June 2024.

The decision is taken due to many requests received from shareholders and stockbrokers requesting additional time, the company said in a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). 

The payments for the offer received from 11 June 2024 to 13 June 2024 shall be made on or before 3 July 2024. 

"We wish to inform our shareholders that this would be the final extension to the offer and there shall be no further eatensions given," it said.
