The AIA Annual Company Conference 2024 was a night to remember, filled with glamour and recognition for outstanding employee contributions. This significant event celebrated the extraordinary work and dedication of our employees that drive the company’s success. This year, the spotlight was on 9 exemplary individuals who received the CEO’s Special Awards, while 223 award winners were honoured with the Leadership Essentials Team Award. Additionally, the Most Talented Child award honoured the best allround performer among employees’ children. The 2023 COT and MDRT achievers were also acknowledged. Director/CEO Chathuri Munaweera delivered a presentation, showcasing the company’s impressive performance and applauding both individual and team accomplishments. The event also featured a fireside chat with few of the Executive Committee members on the insights of AIA’s future strategy and direction. The evening was also a celebration of music and unity, bringing together employees from across the island. Entertainment was a highlight of the evening, with performances by Channa Upuli’s dance troupe, Sanka Dineth and the Kochchi band adding a vibrant touch to the celebrations.
