Allianz Insurance Lanka-Dedigama Group establish referral partnership

Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd, one of Sri Lanka’s premier insurers and a member of the global Allianz SE Group, recently entered into an agreement with Dedigama Group (Private) Limited, a conglomerate that carries on multiple businesses including, amongst others, financial services, jewellery and gem trade and exports, through its more than 270 pawning outlets distributed throughout islandwide. 

Under this referral partnership, Dedigama Group may from time to time, introduce Allianz to the customers that Dedigama Group believes may be interested in the product or may be potential customers or clients of Allianz, with consent of the relevant customer, refer such persons to Allianz through their extensive network. This synergy will mutually benefit both Allianz Insurance Lanka and Dedigama Group as they aim to appeal to a wider customer base. In particular, it will provide Sri Lankans with more convenient access to selected insurance products   offered by Allianz Insurance Lanka under this arrangement.

Present at the event were Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd Chief Distribution Officer Ranga Dias, Assistant General Manager Rishan Jumat, Dedigama Group Director Rashmi Dedigama and General Manager P.K. Ariyarathne. 

The signing also took place in the presence of Dedigama Group Director Sasri Dedigama and Chief Financial Controller Nimal Ranasinghe.
