Amana Bank and IBSL team up to provide hands-on experience for banking students

Amana Bank announced its recent partnership with the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL) to provide valuable internship opportunities for IBSL students, marking a significant step in enhancing the practical experience and professional development of future banking professionals in Sri Lanka. 

An agreement was recently formalised by Amana Bank’s Managing Director/CEO, Mohamed Azmeer and the IBSL Director General C.P.A. Karunatilake.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the partnership, Amana Bank’s Managing Director/CEO Mohamed Azmeer stated, “We are excited to partner with IBSL to provide internship opportunities for students. IBSL also recently relaunched its Diploma in Islamic Banking, partnering with Amana Bank’s technical expertise, providing students with the opportunity to learn directly from practicing experts in the field.
