The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka concluded its sold-out Feedback Playbook and KPI Mastery for Success in 2025 workshop, held recently at Marino Beach Colombo.
Facilitated by the renowned HR expert, C. Hewapattini, Chartered Fellow CIPM, the workshop equipped participants with practical tools to align individual performance with organisational goals.
