Home Lands Skyline acquires premier land in Negombo for US $ 40mn landmark project

Home Lands Skyline announced it has acquired five acres of premier land located in Negombo for a US $ 40 million landmark development project. 

The project will feature 224 modern apartments and 40 luxury villas. It will include a seaplane pier, an upscale restaurant and opportunities for engaging in lagoon activities, the entity said in a statement. 

“The upcoming project on this site will feature as the first tourist resort apartments in Sri Lanka, with state-of-the-art residential apartments and villas, modern amenities and sustainable construction methods. 

Our initial plans include architecturally striking structures that harmonise with the natural surroundings, world-class modern amenities, accessibility and convenience and sustainability,” Home Lands Skyline said. 

It added that the development is poised to create a thriving community hub that combines luxury, functionality and environmental responsibility, setting a benchmark in modern urban living and as well as to create significant economic and social benefits for the region.

The detailed plans for the project are expected to be unveiled in the coming months.
