President Ranil Wickremesinghe was presented with the report of findings from the “National Human Capital Summit 2024” by representatives of its organizing committee. 
The report was compiled by Deloittes Sri Lanka based on the deliberations at the summit .
A concept of President Wickremesinghe, the initial  summit was held on 2016 followed  by the 2024 summit which discussed talent development and retention needs of the country in vital sectors of Tourism, Finance, Public Sector , IT and Startups.
