HR Tech conglomerate JFS Holdings Limited secured its fifth consecutive award by winning Gold at the CNCI Achievers Awards 2024 for the second year in a row. 

This event, organized by the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI), recognized JFS Holdings for its outstanding performance during the 2022/23 financial year.

Generating a turnover of Rs. 227 million for the 2022/23 financial year, JFS was evaluated in the Small category within the Service sector, according to CNCI classifications.

Madhushan Raigamage, Chairperson of JFS Holdings Limited, accepted the award on behalf of the company at a ceremony held at Cinnamon Grand, Colombo. The event was graced by Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya as the Chief Guest.

Founded in 2012, JFS Holdings has rapidly expanded into a diversified conglomerate, with four fully owned subsidiaries focusing on four business sectors: Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), HR Tech Solutions, and Action Sports. Originally established as an Executive Search service for local and regional businesses, JFS Holdings has continuously raised the bar across all its operations.
