NDB recognised at CMA Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards

National Development Bank PLC (NDB) has once again been recognised for its exceptional commitment to transparency and corporate reporting at the prestigious CMA Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards 2024. 
The bank was honoured as the winner in the Best Integrated Report - Banking Sector for the sixth consecutive year (joint award in 2024) and also earned the coveted recognition as one of the Five Excellent Integrated Annual Reports. 

The CMA Excellence in Integrated Reporting Awards, organised annually by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA Sri Lanka), is a premier platform that promotes integrated reporting among Sri Lankan companies, both listed and unlisted as well as state-owned institutions. CMA Sri Lanka, the national professional management accounting institute incorporated by Act of Parliament No. 23 of 2009, aims to encourage organisations to embrace integrated reporting practices. The awards focus on showcasing companies that demonstrate how they create, preserve or erode value over time, aligning with global best practices in integrated reporting.

Vice President Finance Hasitha Athapattu expressed his appreciation for the recognition, stating, “This achievement reflects our commitment to excellence in corporate reporting.
