PickMe IPO oversubscribed



Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Limited (PickMe) saw its initial public offering (IPO) oversubscribed within hours of its opening.
The company’s first offering of 43.47 million ordinary voting shares, at Rs.36 each, attracted applications surpassing the offer value, showcasing strong 
investor demand. 
The shares were listed on the main board of the Colombo Stock Exchange, with CT CLSA Capital (Pvt.) Limited and Capital Alliance Partners Limited serving as the joint financial advisors and managers of the IPO. 
The PickMe app designed boasts of an extensive network of over 75,000 unique drivers, 900,000 unique customers and 3,000 unique merchants. (NR)
