PickMe kicks off trading at Colombo Stock Exchange

Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Limited, the entity that operates taxi hailing app PickMe, commenced trading at the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) yesterday.


The shares of the company is listed on the Main Board of the CSE and is classified under ‘20304040- Passenger Ground Transportation’ sector.


The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka drew demand in excess of Rs. 4 billion. The IPO was oversubscribed by four times.


The IPO, which involved issuance of shares worth Rs. 1.56 billion, closed on the opening day itself on 13 September. 


There had been 866 applications requesting for 116.646 million shares worth Rs. 4.199 billion.
