Arising from a competitive international pitch, MTI Consulting has been selected by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to develop its five-year strategic plan.

The RDB is a government agency in Rwanda, with a vision to transform Rwanda into a dynamic global hub for business, investment and innovation. Its mission is to fast-track economic development in Rwanda by enabling private sector growth. The RDB is responsible for investments, tourism, exports and business facilitation.

MTI Consulting had previously worked on the strategic plans for the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority and Rwanda Cooperation, the Rwanda state-owned enterprise charged with the responsibility of sharing the country’s home-grown initiatives and good practices that have enabled Rwanda’s remarkable socioeconomic transformation. MTI Consulting is an international strategy consultancy, having carried out 680 projects across 51 countries, over the last 27 years via seven regional offices and associates across 30 + countries.
