With only 24 pieces in this exclusive 2024 collection, each Yule Log is a numbered masterpiece. Designed to celebrate the 24 days leading to Christmas, it embodies a blend of nostalgia and luxury. Handcrafted by the renowned Chef Hasitha Hindika, the Hazelnut & Passion Yule Log Train is a symphony of exceptional flavors and textures. Its rich, velvety base is crafted from single-origin 64 percent Madagascan chocolate, revered for its intense cocoa notes and creamy finish. 
Tahitian vanilla, prized for its floral and exotic aroma, adds sophistication, while zesty local passion fruit provides a vibrant citrus twist, sourced directly from Sri Lanka’s finest farms. A decadent crunch from house-made hazelnut praline, prepared with carefully roasted hazelnuts, delivers an indulgent texture. Finally, the dessert is adorned with 22-carat edible gold, a symbol of festive opulence and uncompromising quality.
