Over 200 top-performing bank staff members participated in these development and team-building programmes. Held at Weligama Bay Marriott Resort and Spa and Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon, the programmes provided opportunities to participate in interactive educational sessions. In addition, networking programmes to foster camaraderie were held, including an insightful discussion led by accredited trainer Bhathiya Arthanayake.
