Commercial Credit recently extended its patronage to ‘Future Minds 2015’ as the main sponsor and official financial partner for the fifth consecutive year.
‘Future Minds’ occupies top slot as Sri Lanka’s national educational and career gateway attracting 1000s of visitors from all parts of Sri Lanka and is organised for the 10th consecutive year by the Nalanda College Junior OBA.
Now in its 10th anniversary year, ‘Future Minds 2015’ had a hugely successful run on June 19, 20 and 21 at the BMICH in Colombo with 1000s of visitors patronising the stalls and information centres. It thereafter opened at the Kandy City Centre on June 27 and 28 and once again drew large crowds not only from the Central Province but also from the surrounding areas.
With two successful events already to its credit this year, ‘Future Minds 2015’ is all geared up to be in Galle on September 19 and 20 and will be ready to receive visitors from the Southern Province at the Galle Town Hall premises. Visitors are requested to pre-register at www.futureminds.lk and be part of a draw with an array of prizes on offer.
Commercial Credit Chief Operating Officer Rajiv Casie Chitty said, “We are delighted to partner with a national educational event of this nature which is now in its 10th anniversary year. Sri Lanka’s future rests in its youth. An all-round and sound education is thus a guaranteed passport to success in the world that lies outside. I’m happy to note that over the past 10 years Future Minds has been tremendously successful in presenting an exciting range of opportunities to Sri Lanka’s youth and thereby guiding them on the road to success. We are thus proud to partner with Future Minds in this very important event.”
“Commercial Credit acknowledges the great potential in the youth of today and thus has a special education loan scheme which provides financial support to students to pursue higher education both in Sri Lanka and overseas. We’re also happy to assist needy students and give them an opportunity to pursue education with the financial support at affordable terms and conditions,” Casie Chitty added.
Nalanda Junior OBA President Pradeep Subasinghe said, “We’re delighted to welcome Commercial Credit on board this national project for the fifth consecutive year. We’re building on a strong relationship which I’m confident will grow from strength to strength. With its solid reputation as a financial services provider and its wide reach, this is undoubtedly a win-win situation for both parties. We’re also happy to note that a large number of participant institutions have rated Future Minds as the best ever educational exhibition in Sri Lanka in recent time.”
