The Rs.5 billion debenture issue of Commercial Leasing and Finance Company PLC, a unit of LOLC group was oversubscribed on its opening day (June 14), the company informed the Colombo Stock Exchange. 

The company issued 50 million rated, senior, unsecured, redeemable debentures at an issue price of Rs.100 each. 

ICRA Lanka Limited, a group company of International Rating Agency Moody’s Investors Service, has given the debt issue a rating of ‘[SL]A-‘ with a stable outlook.

The issue is managed by First Capital Limited, and SSP Corporate Services functions as the registrars to the issue.
