The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce announced the launch of ‘Best Corporate Citizen Sustainability Award 2024 (BCCS Awards)’, marking its 21st year as a highlight in the corporate calendar.

Designed to inspire companies to integrate superior environmental, social, and economic sustainability practices into their corporate strategies, the BCCS Awards celebrate organisations that embrace generational accountability.
The BCCS Awards welcome participation from both large corporations and smaller enterprises, honouring the dedication of private and public sector entities to responsible stakeholder engagement and sustainable corporate practices in Sri Lanka.

The competition covers key areas such as environmental impact, customer and community relations, governance, financial performance, and economic contributions. Submissions are meticulously assessed by national experts in sustainability.
Additionally, the Best Sustainability Projects Awards 2024 will highlight exemplary sustainability initiatives undertaken by Sri Lankan corporates, encouraging further engagement in impactful sustainability projects.
