COPE summons several institutions
Several institutions have been summoned by the COPE committee for the month of February and March, including state banks and the apex state body promoting exports.
The Government Information Department shared today that the State Mortgage and Investment Bank, the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB), and the People’s Bank have been summoned to appear before the COPE on 23, 24, and 25 March 2022.
Other institutions that have been summoned also are the Geological Survey & Mines Bureau (GSMB), Sri Lanka Standards, the Development Lotteries Board, and the Marine Environment Protection Authority (MEPA).
