The University of Jayewardenepura has called for research papers on various topics for its 8th International Conference for Real Estate Management and Valuation (ICRMV 2024), organized by the university’s Center for Real Estate Studies. 

The hybrid conference, held under the theme ‘Charting the Future Synergies in Tourism and Real Estate for Sustainable Development’ is set to take place on the 24th of October 2024 at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo. 

The event will feature a range of topics, including real estate management and valuation, tourism, hospitality, marketing, urban planning, building science and technology, legal frameworks, education, social impact and sustainability. 

Interested researchers are to submit their extended papers by September 2, 2024. Parties will be notified of the acceptance of their papers by September 30.
