MTI launches Next-Gen Directors Programme with two Sri Lanka appointments

MTI Consulting Sri Lanka Directors Malithi Herath and Christine Fernando 

MTI Consulting has launched its Next-Gen Directors Programme, with the appointment of Malithi Herath and Christine Fernando as Directors of its Sri Lanka operations.
“This initiative is part of our leadership grooming process for both the consulting and the shared services functions, with the appointment of two well deserved, highly competent young consultants, who have been through an extensive on-the-job development in the last seven to eight years,” said MTI Consulting CEO Hilmy Cader.

Both Malithi and Christine began their careers through MTI’s Strategy Internship Programme (focused on research and analytics) and then progressed along the path of Business Analysts and Project Leads – having initially under-studied, then worked hands-on across diverse consulting projects in Sri Lanka and the region.
MTI Consulting is an international strategy consultancy – having carried out 680 projects across 51 countries, over the last 27 years via seven regional offices and associates across 30 + countries.
