The Shippers’ Academy Colombo (SAC) will be conducting a small group masterclass on the port sector tariffs. 

The full-day certificate course designed by SAC will include the general operational tariffs of the ports and terminal-based tariffs. The training will benefit all professionals involved in shipping and logistics and will assist them in working in any international port environment.

The training will include navigation dues, navigation-related services, container terminal stevedoring and harbour tonnage dues, conventional and bulk cargo handling, wharfage and other port terminal services.

The course will be conducted by Rtd. Sri Lanka Ports Authority MD Upul Jayatissa on July 11, 2024, at the Distance Learning Centre (DLC-SLIDA), Colombo 7. The Course Director is SAC CEO Rohan Masakorala.
