Suresh Subasinghe joins Kapruka Holdings as Independent Non-Executive Director



Kapruka Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s pioneering and largest locally-owned e-commerce enterprise, is pleased to announce the appointment of Suresh Subasinghe as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Subasinghe is a technology expert and visionary leader, recognised for his deep knowledge in digital transformation, enterprise architecture and innovation. 
Throughout his distinguished career, he has co-founded and led technology firms, championed digital and e-commerce platforms for Fortune 100 companies and directed strategic shifts in the global financial sector.
As Managing Partner of San Francisco-based Arc75 Inc., Subasinghe co-founded an agency specialising in artificial intelligence, martech and personalisation solutions for top global firms, particularly in high-compliance sectors such as travel, healthcare and fintech.
Subasinghe earned his MBA from Duke University, North Carolina and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah. In 2019, he completed the Executive Programme in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Toronto, Canada.
