The 'Clement's Chilaw' restaurant was declared open today by Rural and Divisional Drinking Water Supply Projects Development State Minister Sanath Nishantha. The restaurant with a magnificent view and a breathtaking waterfront and it serves as the perfect travel break on the main Colombo-Chilaw road. Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
