Fishing community affected by the distressed X-press Pearl vessel, was provided with the Rs. 5,000 allowance in Negombo yesterday. People in Pitipana Central and South Pitipana East Grama Niladhari Divisions received the allowance.  Pix by Nimalsiri Edirisinghe
