Any mismanagement burden of top managements or governments can not be undertaken by public by imposing as tax

Only solution is to reduce government expenditure by reducing the staff and automating where possible. If any political party promises government jobs in future or promises free fertilizer or anything like that then do not vote for that party as we no longer can move forward with unnecessary freebies. Government should have a plan to start reducing staff in a period of say one year time aa soon as possible. At least start by informing all government sector employers that your job is no longer secure and we may not able to pay you ontime and pay salaries. This will help to reduce the government sector.
