What a bunch of jokers. Clearly they are not suited to be teachers. Who in their right mind would want them to be entrusted with the education of kids. Anyone off the street cannot be a teacher. A good administrator is not necessarily a good teacher. Perhaps the reason why these guys are not teachers is that they do not fit the bill!

@ Palitha and Dee- you both are absolutely right. These people should stick to their level of education and training. They are trying to bring down the teaching standards and ruin our education. Can’t the government / police use water cannons on these morons and disperse them please. Just sickening to see these type of people.

How can they be teachers with this very bad attitude. Also these jobless beggars seems to be exploiting a loophole in the educational system. These guys seems to have taught at schools where teachers are not available. Now it seems that they are trying to get a permanent job within educational field. If these jobless beggars cannot find a job by its own, they are not useful for the country anyway. Probably good for unskilled jobs like cleaning etc. These kind of strikes happen close to the election should be banned by election commission as well. They try to get these things forcefully from an existing government which will have lesser option in chasing them out due to nature of elections. So EC should act here.

Taxpayer paid for their university education. Government universities are so dysfunctional can't produce employable gradates. Asking more money from taxpayers to hire them when private companies don't want them. Countries education system is broken , sadly non of the politicians want to fix it.

first of all, they should know that teaching is a demanding job now in this digital age. If they are graduates it does not mean they can teach. Teaching is a difficult job, and teachers need some extra skills and qualifications. How to teach and what to teach is a big challenge now .. Sorry to say our education ministry does not have yet, a good teacher training system. first produce good teachers and you will have good education, if you have good education, our economy will grow, grow and grow within a short period of time, creating a good image in education is difficult task. students, teachers, parents and government are in a one boat of education, all need to puddle it through, and it will not sink if all work in perfection? do we work as a unit? not at all. why people go to Singapore to get education, and no one want to come to our country for education. Despite we have rich human resources, we failed to develop it, supply it and market it..
