Is this drunk driver a Provincial politician or a government official, an unscrupulous businessman? He should be charged in a court of law and given a jail sentence.

I really wonder how high end vehicles' number plates are being misplaced during every accident? Moreover, poor traffic cops' motor bike number plate is still on.

This driver should never be allowed to drive a vehicle again in addition to a jail sentence.
