What is the point in Keeping them at public expenditure . Release them with conditions . Release them with some fines Release them with some community work Release them with some spiritual and moral training .. Release them for the sake of economy. Release them for the sake their families. It is an economic burden and let officers know that . Crime rate can be reduced if only we have good system . Justice to all.. Equality to all Opportunity to all
