A Chinese calligraphy exhibition was launched yesterday at the J.D.A. Perera Art Gallery under the patronage of Embassy of People's Republic of China consoler Madam Pan Chunxue.

The exhibition which is held to mark the 69th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, has been organized by the Association of Sri Lanka-China Social and Cultural Cooperation and the China International Culture Exchange Centre in collaboration with the Chinese Embassy, the American Sackler Foundation and the Sri Lanka-China Journalists' Forum.
