During last three months these rogues accumulated the petrol. They sold the so accumulated petrol at exorbitant prices. So some persons were not in a position to find even a drop of petrol so as to take their sick kids to a nearest hospital. Thus once again they are trying to heap up the petrol as they desire. Therefore the energy minister should look in to their demand very cautiously
