The whole thing worth about 31 m.n. Why can’t they sell this for at least 10 m.n and take as an income and direct that money towards a worthy cause project. At least to build well, tap, refurbish elderly home… etc etc. Authorities, better see an amendment of any rules or regulations other than destroying for the best interest of needy poor people.
