We want to thank the executive employees in public service for speaking up about unfair salaries. To make things right, here's a simple plan: First, check how much everyone should be paid fairly. Talk openly with employees and create a committee to figure out the changes. Make sure salaries are fair and based on how well people do their jobs. Government should set aside enough money for these changes. Keep checking salaries regularly and give other benefits too, like training, travelling, uniform, health etc., Be honest about how this works, follow the rules, and see how it's going. This way, we can fix salary problems and make sure everyone's happy at work.
