In today's meritocratic society, fasting for a month is absolutely counterproductive. After the energy from breakfast is used up at midday and no new energy is supplied to the body, the activities in the body change in such a way that this can cause damage to health. Dehydration in particular can lead to death in certain people. The lack of water causes blood to thicken, which can lead to thrombosis and death. Brain activity also decreases extensively. Normal work is not possible. Although I like to do a lot of business with Muslims, I do not employ devout Muslims in my company who follow the rules of the Koran, because it is unreasonable for the other employees to take on the work of the Muslims during prayer and fasting times.

How many deaths have been reported due to fasting, during Ramadan? I have worked with MNCs and never heard of a Fasting employee neglecting his duties
