It is very bad to see this ? What a choas this ? Why do not you speed up burial ? Why do not you make it simple? It is not an excuse for you to do this ? You might spread virus more by keep them in hospitals You should have some mechanism to burry as soon as possible . Do not do politics over dead bodies
