Long serving Sergeants and Sergeant Majors of the Department of Excise were felicitated at a special ceremony held at the departmental headquarters in Rajagiriya today, which was graced by the State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya. Excise Commissioner General Saman Jayasinghe, Additional Excise Commissioner General Kapila Kumarasinghe and top level officials took part in the event organised by the Excise Sergeants and Sergeant Majors’ Association. I think all these gentlemen and ladies in the pictures need to put on diet and have a health check out on strict diet more suitable for uniform services
